FAMCAM Quilt Raffle
The
FamCam quilt winner was picked by Seth Kelly,
after his Dad Paul said a few
words on behalf of The
Sharing Foundation. The winner was Sam McGrath
(1)
of Millis, MA who took the quilt home with him.
His Mom Becca said "We
are thrilled beyond belief
with Sam's quilt!!! We really studied it yesterday
- it is
a work of art, obviously created w/ lots of love and
LOTS of work."
The
total raised for The Sharing Foundation was
$4,250. Special thanks go to Kerri
Augusto who thought up the quilt, figured out all the specifications and did a
lot of work collecting the squares. Thanks to everyone
who contributed squares
and to Beth Kanter, who let
us watch the quilt grow on the FamCam website.
Last,
but not least, thanks to Isabella Guthrie- McNaughton,
who with the
help of her quilting group, donated the
needed materials and created a work
of art.
