(45 min - hour)
I would like to propose that we have our monthly meeting in April on Sat. 4/12
at the SF Public Library because Chariya Burt (and students, hopefully) will
be dancing and speaking about Cambodian dance and Culture, and teaching
some about the dance at noon. Chariya Burt was trained in the Cambodian Royal
Dance School and now lives in Santa Rosa. She performed at every Asian Art
Museum Cambodian New Year Celebration, so some of us have seen her before.
This is the program I mentioned in an earlier email that I helped set up
(my part was getting the contacts through the Asian Art Museum). klemons22@yahoo.com
